Financial Planning And Analysis (FP&A) Specialist

What role you will play in team: Provide financial support to the business units through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.

What you will do: Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
• Identify variances and investigate root causes.
• Prepare variance analysis reports.
• 
  Provide financial support to business units.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with financial planning software.
