Recruitment Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the company.

What you will do: You will handle all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• 
  Conduct in-person or video interviews.
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
