Senior Financial Accountant

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor junior accountants. Manage month end closing process.

What you will do: Responsible for preparation and review of monthly financial statements. Review and ensure accuracy of account reconciliations.

Key responsibility:

• Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Review account reconciliations for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP).
• 
  Lead and mentor junior accountants.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures.
• Assist with audits and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial accounting role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
