Why This Role Exists
- Students often discover us through education consultants and trusted advisors.
- This role is responsible for building and managing those relationships.
- You will work closely with overseas education consultants, student agents, and institutional partners to position Acolyte Living as their preferred accommodation partner.
- Your work ensures students find us at the right moment in their journey.
What Youll Be Doing
- Identifying and onboarding new education consultants and referral partners
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships within partner networks
- Presenting Acolyte Livings accommodation solutions clearly and confidently
- Ensuring a consistent flow of qualified student leads
- Tracking partner performance and improving engagement strategies
- Coordinating with the internal sales team for smooth student handovers
What This Role Requires
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Confidence in professional conversations and presentations
- A self-driven approach with an ownership mindset
- Understanding of the overseas education ecosystem (preferred)
- Comfort with partner meetings and field visits
