Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Commercial Sales and Corporate Leasing Executive. In this role, you will drive sales and leasing transactions for commercial properties, catering to corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. Your goal will be to identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and close deals that align with our clients business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients and investors looking for commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and matching them with suitable property options.

Sales and Leasing Activities:

  • Showcase commercial properties, including office spaces, retail outlets, and floor plates, to potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales and leasing agreements, including rental terms, sale prices, and payment schedules.
  • Ensure seamless execution of lease and sale agreements by coordinating with legal teams and other stakeholders.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on current trends, pricing, and demand in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Provide clients with insights into market opportunities and emerging trends.

Lead Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and ongoing deals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead activities, and market dynamics for internal review.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing and transaction closures.
  • Coordinate property visits, negotiations, and documentation processes.
Qualifications:
  • Education:

    Bachelors degree (minimum)
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial sales, leasing, or corporate real estate.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing leasing deals.

Skills Required:
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and interpret data effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
