Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and customer-focused professionals to handle inbound/outbound calls from existing UK and US clients in the insurance billing sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a night shift environment, and demonstrate a strong ability to pitch services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from UK and US clients regarding insurance billing queries and concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Pitch existing services to clients, upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software

Work Schedule:

  • Night Shift: 7 PM 4:30 AM (Indian Standard Time)
  • Weekend working based on client requirement

Requirements:

  • 0-6 months of experience in customer service/voice process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a night shift environment
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with insurance billing processes (desired)
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory):
  • Fluent in English with a neutral accent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and respond to complex customer queries
