Private Equity Associate - Fund Raising

What role you will play in team: You will support the fundraising efforts for our private equity funds.

What you will do: You will prepare marketing materials, conduct investor relations, and assist in fund closings.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare marketing materials for potential investors
• Conduct investor relations activities
• Assist in the preparation of fund documents
• Support the fundraising process, from initial outreach to fund closing
• 
  Track investor commitments and capital calls
• Maintain relationships with existing investors

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of private equity fund structures and operations
• Experience in investor relations or fundraising
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
