About the Role:

At ActionSync, we are looking for a passionate and curious Engineering Intern to help us build the future of AI-driven enterprise solutions. You will work closely with our founding team to design, develop, and optimize AI agents, enterprise search capabilities, and context retrieval systems for LLMs.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies while contributing directly to the growth of a fast-paced startup.

About ActionSync:

ActionSync is building a unified Enterprise Search solution that connects data across various SaaS applications. While LLMs are powerful, theyre only as good as the context theyre provided. Our technology retrieves the most relevant information from diverse sources and delivers the right context to LLMsunlocking their true potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and testing AI agents for enterprise search.

• Support the development of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications using Langchain and Langgraph.
• Help integrate and deploy AI services on cloud infrastructure.
• Work with APIs and asynchronous request handling to connect multiple SaaS tools.
• Contribute to improving LLM performance through testing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the team to design efficient search mechanisms and workflows.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, enterprise search, and cloud deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to Langchain or Langgraph.
• Experience with RAG applications.
• Knowledge of enterprise search or information retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
