Marketing & Communications Manager

We are looking for a marketing all-rounder, a one person army who will manage all our marketing, who understands strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will lead the creation, development & execution of marketing and communication for Active Holiday Company, reinstating its position is the leader in marathon touring, a niche in the sports travel segment. This includes managing multiple online and offline channels with the intention of increasing sales, engaging customers and community building. This is a FULL-TIME position based out of our office in NORTH-BANGALORE.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE MANAGING:

• Developing and executing the annual marketing strategy and content calendar aligned with business goals.
• Writing and managing content across website, email, blog, app, social media, print, broadcast, offline collateral, press releases etc.

• Manage PR, media & press relationships.
• Managing the organisations loyalty club
• Managing offline marketing and branding materials
• Collaborating with running groups / brands etc.

MUST HAVES:

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing, preferably in travel, sports, or events

Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Social Media, Google Suite,

Content Writing & Editing: Strong storytelling, copywriting, content planning skills. Excellent command over written and spoken English.

Visual/Creative: Experience managing visual assets, agency briefs

Team Worker: Ability to work with international and cross-functional teams

Project Management: Strong attention to deadlines, details, and moving parts

Passion: Genuine interest in running, endurance sports, travel, and active living
