Role Summary

As an Associate Consultant RWD, you will be a core member of our project teams, focused on generating actionable insights from real-world data sources such as claims, EMRs, and patient registries. You will work with leading life sciences organizations to tackle questions related to patient journeys, treatment pathways, market access, and commercial effectiveness.

This is a remote role based in India, offering the opportunity to collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams across Acuitas360.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage real-world data (claims, EMRs, etc.) to support decision-making across commercial and medical strategy.
• Generate insights related to treatment patterns, patient journey, line progression, and outcomes.
• Conduct exploratory and targeted data analyses using SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
• Translate data insights into compelling visualizations and presentations using tools like Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Participate in client meetings and support project delivery by preparing deliverables, status updates, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, domain experts, and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to developing thought leadership and internal knowledge assets in the RWD domain.

What You Will Bring

• 36 years of experience in analytics or consulting roles in the healthcare, life sciences, or med-tech industry.
• Hands-on experience working with real-world data such as medical/pharmacy claims, EMR, lab, or registry data.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, and proficiency in R/Python/SAS for data analysis.
• Understanding of epidemiological study design and experience analyzing anonymized patient-level datasets.
• Educational background: MBA,

  MSc, or equivalent with a Bachelors or advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
