Investment Banking Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You'll be part of a high-performing team involved in the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, from initial client interaction to deal closing.

What you will do: You will support senior bankers in financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for potential clients.
• Participate in due diligence processes.
• 
  Assist in the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions.
• Prepare transaction documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of M&A processes and financial markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
