Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience to drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and market expansion. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships 

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Present solutions to potential clients and manage the full deal lifecycle 

Conduct market research to identify trends and new client opportunities 

Collaborate with internal teams on GTM initiatives and to support client acquisition and growth 

Track performance metrics and ensure consistent target achievement 

Core Qualifications and Competencies

2–5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales 

Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities 

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets 

Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM tools 

Excellent communication, presentation skill stakeholder management skills 

Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and documentation 

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working with international clients or markets 

Exposure to startup or high-growth business environments 

Understanding of financial products or investment services
