Role Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager Description & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for achieving the primary and secondary sales targets across all the channels in the region while also overseeing the distribution. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities in assigned areas, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Responsibilities: 1) Planning and forecasting monthly sales numbers for the region.

2) Managing Current infrastructure of setup and if needed finding gaps of uncovered area and setting up complete infrastructure

3) Managing the channels and associated costs.

4) Managing Sales officers & Beauty Advisors.

5) Tracking competition and making counter strategies.

6) Allocating manpower in different areas depending upon individual capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills

  • Knowledge of the industries served by beauty, personal care, skin care, Makeup
  • Experience in managing sales activities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience of managing the GT/MT channel, BA channel
  • Strong analytical and influencing skills.
  • Mandatory experience in the local geography.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
