Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Karnataka / Tamil Nadu
Qualification & Experience: MBA with 10+ years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Automobile industry
Role Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end marketing functions for the organization. The role involves driving brand visibility, customer engagement, business growth, and demand generation through strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The incumbent will lead brand-building activities, advertising & media management, campaign execution, product launch support, and coordination with external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
- Manage end-to-end advertising & media (A&M) activities across digital, print, outdoor, retail, and other relevant channels.
- Drive brand visibility and customer engagement initiatives to support business growth objectives.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building programs.
- Support new product launches through effective go-to-market strategies and marketing communication.
- Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies for campaign execution and brand initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business goals.
- Track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key marketing metrics to optimize performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Strengthen channel marketing initiatives and support dealer/distributor engagement programs where applicable.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Marketing or related specialization.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Automobile sectors.
- Strong exposure to advertising, media planning, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Proven experience in handling integrated marketing and product launch activities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and agency coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and consumer data.
