Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of commercial, sales and marketing plans in Nishan Security Services to strategically promote company products and services.
- Review and provide advice on new concession opportunities and merger and acquisition cases ensuring alignment with AD Ports Group strategies.
- Design, build, and execute programs and processes needed to upscale sales and client service operations.
- Evaluate deal economics, commercial terms and conditions, operational requirements, and all other requests outside of market and company terms and conditions.
- Provide guidance to sales and management on financial implications of policy exceptions.
- Represent Nishan Security Services at forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance company visibility, reputation, and credibility.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, understand needs and identify market gaps to find further market opportunities.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes and provide expertise to identify customer segments, and tailor the organizations value proposition to meet the specific needs of each market.
- Assess risks associated with operations and develop risk management strategies to minimize the potential impact of financial, operational, and performance risks.
- Prepare progress reports reflecting Nishan Security Services cases, issues and recommendation plans to effectively manage and enhance the business.
- Provide strong and visionary leadership, supervision, and guidance to the team, set clear expectations and create a culture of accountability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for professional growth.
- Offer coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure that the team has access to the necessary resources, including budget and technology, to support their projects.
- Identify skill gaps and training requirements for the teams to ensure consistent high performance.
- Build financially sound, executable, data-driven business strategies that improve the companys shareholder value.
- Translate strategy into digestible action plans to drive annual performance and growth while ensuring efficient and compliant client and commercial processes.
- Monitor company key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance and governance of the company.
- Work closely with commercial team from other clusters, and departments and business units, to ensure synergy and alignment of growth initiatives with the organizations overall strategic objectives.

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience leading highly visible deals and financial improvement initiatives in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or market research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial planning, analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
