Junior Officer - AOCC

Responsibilities
Under the oversight and guidance of Duty Manager, allocate airport resources (check in counters, baggage belts, parking stands, boarding gates, check in counters, baggage belts) as per the requirement of airlines/ground handlers for smooth airport operation.
Monitor airport specific ground and tower frequencies for any deviation in taxi routing or disparity in transmission of stand from the plan, which may lead to delay/ramp congestion/ incidents or accidents.
Monitor and ensure data specific to compliance, revenue and capacity being captured timely and correctly.
Alert to Duty officer in case of wrong taxi instructions /occupied stands/incorrect relay of information by the pilot/wrong pushback and any other relevant information related to aircraft movement after landing. It is the first step of initializing recovery from an unwarranted situation.
Monitoring & relaying correct/ precise event related information, captured during situations like Go Around, bird hits, Abort/cancel take-off, incursion, excursion, ramp return, reciprocating traffic.
Handling slot request during the shift for non-scheduled operations by scrutinizing document provided and in case space available, award slot permission by consulting Duty Manager.
Dealing with the requests of high value movements such as Government Officials, dignitaries, Industrialists etc. with prompt reverts. Errors may invite unfavorable queries from various agencies.
Comply with applicable call tree procedures and operations during airport emergencies, contingencies & disruptions.
Stakeholder Relationship – Effective coordination with ground handlers, airlines, non schedule operators, terminal operations, airside, aviation services, Project & Engineering for effective operation at the airport during shift.
Qualifications
Minimum Graduate
Aviation related courses from recognized institute (preferable)
Skill Requirement

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of aviation experience.
• Excellent in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word, and Power point.
• Good communication skills in English
