Job Description
Responsibilities
Qualification :

black small square Post-Graduation (Preferably)
Experience : Minimum 08 to 10 years of experience in air cargo business of airport or airline or internal express companies or cargo terminal
- Responsible for maintain oversight on station’s maintain oversight of the various stations manpower, CAPEX and OPEX requirements
- Implement strategies at station, as finalized in coordination with Head Office
- Monitors, evaluates and resolves the discrepancies of operations
- Builds performance driven terminal processes
- Manages and resolves personnel grievances and monitors KPI
- Responsible for supporting the budgeting and controlling the expenditures of RSSL at an overall
- Monitors complete operations of RSSL and responsible for all external audit compliance at station
- Support and conducts routine audits for RSSL operations
- Ensures that all appropriate safety regulations are being followed both with regards to personnel safety and safety of cargo
- Monitors, evaluates and resolves the discrepancies of operations at the respective cargo terminal in Mumbai
- Represent the company with various government authorities, non-government authorities, customs, external customers, and regulatory bodies like BCAS, DGCA, MOCA

- Customs, CISF, etc. Facilitate, lead and manage the trade stakeholder meetings to ensure customer feedback is gathered and the requirements are met
- Responsible for the security aspect at respective cargo terminals
