- Smooth operation of HVAC & VAM and Centrifugal Chillers.
- Mechanical Maintenance of HVAC (AHU, PHE, CSU, FFU, AC, ducting, dampers, piping etc) & VAM.
- Design Criteria.
- Air flow diagram for duct system
- HVAC Load calculation (Cleanroom), Humidification load calculation,
- Ventilator’s calculation,
- Building envelope leakage calculations
- HVAC equipment sizing calculation, Using HVAC Design software.
- Preliminary indicative duct sizing calculations
- Duct routing layout and its coordination in 3D Model
- Data Sheets
- Project Specifications of equipment and its component
- Service Requestion
- Technical Bid evaluation
- System Description
- Maintaining clean room with desired RH & Temperature.
- Monitoring, analyzing & optimization/ upgradation of system.
- Running & maintenance cost optimization
- Proper utilization of resources including manpower.
- Ensure implementation of safety requirement in operation & maintenance of system.
- Coordination with production & other internal costumers / sections.
- Clean Room Standard ISO 5, ISO 6 ISO 7, ISO 8

- Education -Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical.
- Experience-13-15 Years in O&M of HVAC, VAM & VCC Chillers.
