Job Description

Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for the site.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Cost Control & Management
  • Monitor and control site-level costs, including manufacturing, logistics, and overheads.
  • Analyze cost variances and implement corrective actions.

Accounting & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Maintain compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate accounting policies.
Internal Controls & Audit
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for site audits.
Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments to drive financial performance.
  • Support CAPEX planning and ROI analysis for site investments.
Reporting
  • Prepare and present financial reports to site and regional leadership.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to corporate finance.
Qualifications
Exp - 12 to 20 Years
Qualification - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
