We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team in Rishikesh.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with a good understanding of visual communication, branding, typography, color theory, composition, and digital marketing creatives.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to develop engaging visual assets for social media, advertising campaigns, websites, brands, and other digital platforms.

• Design high-quality creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Create social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, stories, advertisements, and campaign creatives.
• Develop visual concepts based on brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and campaign requirements.
• Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead-generation campaigns, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Work on branding materials including logos, brand elements, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, SEO specialists, performance marketers, and account managers.
• Make design adaptations in different sizes and formats for multiple digital platforms.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute new design concepts and ideas.
• Make revisions based on client and internal feedback while meeting deadlines.
• Support basic video editing and motion graphics requirements when needed.

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proven experience creating social media creatives and digital marketing campaign assets.
• Basic experience with video editing or motion design.
• Experience working in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or media environment.
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Color theory
• Layout
• Composition
• Visual hierarchy
• Branding and design principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro or other video-editing software.
• Experience designing creatives specifically for performance marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience working with multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
• Understanding of current social media design trends and digital advertising formats.
• Knowledge of Canva/Figma is an added advantage.

Candidates must be located within a reasonable and practical commuting distance of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, as this is a Work From Office position.

Candidates who are currently based outside Rishikesh should be willing and able to relocate or commute regularly.
