Job Description
We're looking for a Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives, improve customer experiences, and support the successful adoption of digital solutions.
What you'll do:
- Lead change management and communication strategies for transformation projects
- Conduct change impact and business readiness assessments
- Manage stakeholders, build engagement, and drive change adoption
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and IT
- Develop communication and training plans to support successful implementation
- Monitor change progress and help ensure business benefits are achieved
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Program/Project Management
- Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Data-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
