Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional with strong UAE banking experience in Personal Loans (PL), Credit Cards (CC), and Multi Banking Products. The ideal candidate will have a proven incentive-earning track record, strong market connections, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and other retail banking products
- Acquire new customers through outbound sales, referrals, and existing networks
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals consistently
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with UAE banking regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals
- Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Provide accurate sales reports and pipeline updates to management
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1–3+ years of UAE banking sales experience (mandatory)
- Proven high incentive/commission earning record
- Strong knowledge of PL, CC, and retail banking products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and under target pressure
- Existing customer database or market contacts (preferred)
- Familiarity with UAE banking compliance and KYC norms
