Job Description
Our client is a diversified international business group focused on trading, distribution, procurement and brand development across Africa, the Middle East and Asia, operating in multiple industries and growth markets.
Role Purpose:
The Senior Recruitment Manager will lead and drive the organization's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the attraction, engagement, and hiring of high-quality talent across business and technology functions. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, building strong stakeholder relationships, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring recruitment delivery aligns with business growth objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- MANUFACTURING AND AFRICA HIRING MANDATORY
- Experience managing high-volume and strategic hiring across multiple business functions.
- Proven experience recruiting for technology, digital, commercial, and corporate roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and regional talent trends.
- Experience working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
