As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will revolve around delivering remote diagnostic assistance for computer software-related issues. This role requires an Undergraduate qualification along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Tech Sales. Fluency in telephonic communication and exceptional soft skills are essential. The position demands flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment, showcasing the ability to handle irate customers professionally and manage stressful situations effectively.
