Job Description
- You are urgently required to join Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in US Shift. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues.
- Diagnosing the problems effectively and suggesting the most suitable plan to the customers.
- Offering technical support plans and relevant software solutions to the customers.
In addition to the job role, you will benefit from:

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience of more than 6 months to 1 year in Outbound Tech Support.

- Strong convincing and sales skills.
It is essential that you are able to join immediately. The salary offered for this position ranges from Rs. 15,000 to 25,000 per month (fixed), along with lucrative incentives. The shift timings are in the US Shift from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, working for 6 days a week.
