Adeeba E Services is an international BPO hiring for a genuine Voice Process. We are looking for candidates with 6 months to 5 years of experience in Technical Support (Sales and support) in BPO sector. The annual salary for this position ranges from 1.5Lacs to 3Lacs. The job location is Kolkata (Salt Lake).

As a Senior Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling Inbound Technical support. The shift timings for this position are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am (US shift). To be eligible for this role, you should have experience in International outbound sales and technical support process in BPO, be willing to work night shifts, able to join immediately, possess excellent communication skills, and know how to effectively close calls.
