Position Overview:

Were seeking a data-driven professional with 2+ years of experience who excels at transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, youll collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
• Build and optimize queries, dashboards, and reports using modern analytics tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design data models and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging analytics tools, techniques, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience building complex queries.
• Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console

• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, data warehousing (ie Snowflake), and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating across global teams.
• Knowledge of SEO tools e.g SEMrush
• This role requires working in EST hours (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) to ensure smooth collaboration with our Global team.
