About The Role And The Team
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients usage and experience with existing products.
Team Lead, Buy Side Services & Support leads a team of 10+ digital media specialists, assuring smooth and effective daily operations, high quality of support and fosters teams professional growth and development by setting smart objectives and targets, identifying and addressing learning needs and conducting performance evaluations.

• Lead a team of Digital Media specialists, fostering a culture of open communication and high performance.
• Set clear goals, provide the tools, knowledge, and expertise needed to excel with Adform platforms.
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations by removing roadblocks for the team.
• Focus on KPIs (CSAT, resolution times) to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Drive team growth by setting smart objectives, identifying learning needs, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Contribute to global customer service initiatives and improve internal frameworks and processes.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to strengthen the company.

• 4+ years of proven experience in leading a team of individual contributors or leaders
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital media industry
• Strong ability to translate client briefs into strategic media plans, platform setups, and targeting recommendations.
• Proactive mindset in driving company initiatives, improving processes, and achieving goals.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and stay updated on the latest trends in paid media.
• Experience working in service organizations with dispersed, cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to change, a positive attitude, and a passion for making things happen.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• A curious, collaborative approach, respect for others, and love for teamwork.
