We are seeking a sharp and driven Marketing Generalist to join our team in Gurgaon. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer who thrives on building brands from scratch, creating content that actually moves audiences, and using AI to scale every part of the marketing function.

Role Overview: The Marketing Generalist will play a foundational role in shaping AdGrids brand and how the market understands what were building. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing fundamentals with hands-on instincts for content, social, and AI-driven workflows, and is comfortable owning marketing initiatives end-to-end in an early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy across owned channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, company blog).
• Plan, produce, and launch marketing campaigns aligned with AdGrids product and business milestones.
• Own day-to-day social media operations, including editorial calendar, copywriting, creative direction, and engagement.
• Support founder-led thought leadership and external communications.
• 
  Build and grow a community through content, partnerships, and external programming.
• Apply generative AI tools to scale content production, research, and creative output.
• Track marketing performance against defined KPIs and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative signals.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership on cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications. Final-year students and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong foundational understanding of brand positioning, content strategy, and audience development.
• Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) as part of regular workflow.
• Sharp written communication, with the ability to write tightly and edit independently.
• Portfolio of independent work, side projects, personal brand, content channels, or campaigns built on your own initiative.
• Working knowledge of social media management, content production, and basic analytics platforms.
• Self-directed working style with comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
