Job description / Role

Role purpose

To source personal finance product to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.

Key accountabilities of the role

Main responsibilities

• To source Al Khair / Tadawul product to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.
• Maintain good relationship with all the institutions / governmental departments.
• Visit institutions / governmental departments to meet potential customers and finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on ADIB policy and procedure.
• 
  Have full awareness of product knowledge and implement it at all times.
• Deliver timely and prompt service to the customers.
• Adhere to stipulated office timing, follow secrecy norms strictly, and maintain data confidentiality.

Regular / occasional responsibilities

• Prepare and review standard credit applications and ensure all information provided is accurate and verify authenticity of critical documents (bank statement, passport copy, salary certificate, etc.) prior to sending to DSPU for processing.
• Follow the approval process and escalate any delays to RSS.
• Execute Murabaha contracts with customers representing ADIB, prepare the file as per the checklist, and forward the files for disbursement through coordinators within 24 hours of completing signing formalities with the customer.
• Ensure all deals submitted are error free and fix or rectify errors if any.
• Check file activation and notify RSS in case of delay at RFO end.
• Maintain good rapport with inter-department peers by ensuring a smooth flow of business.
• Participate in activities assigned by your line manager during promotions.
• Initiate cross-selling of other banking products on a best-effort basis.

• Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor level if any.

Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role

• Broad knowledge of ADIBs retail banking products and services.
• Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
• General awareness of competitors in the local market.
