Sharia Compliance Officer

What role you will play in team: Ensure all banking operations adhere to Islamic finance principles and regulations.

What you will do: Review transactions, develop policies, provide training, and maintain compliance documentation.

Key responsibility:

• Reviewing financial transactions to ensure compliance with Sharia principles.
• Developing and implementing Sharia compliance policies and procedures.
• Providing training to employees on Sharia compliance requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to Sharia compliance.
• Responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies regarding Sharia compliance.
  
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate Sharia compliance into their processes.
• Staying abreast of changes in Sharia regulations and best practices.
• Conducting regular reviews of products and services to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Islamic finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Islamic banking or finance.
• Strong understanding of Sharia principles and their application in finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
