Brief about the Program

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support the accounting & finance team in performing a solid book-keeping to maintain compliance internally (Group policies and guidelines) and externally (local audit/tax requirements) by establishing strong controls and processes with a focus on Trade Accounts Payable and Non-Trade Purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Support accounting and finance team in administering accounting system maintenance, meet the set timelines for the month end closing process. Support in reviewing and following up for all outstanding accounts payable transactions. Support in ensuring proper submission of financial reports to the external auditors.
Maintain accuracy on all booking and reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Commercial acumen: Very good numerical and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Fluent English (verbal and written). Advanced MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office. Flexibility and reliability Ability to work effectively within a team Strong organizational skills

Eligibility and Requirements:

* Students in their final year of a university degree program majoring in accounting or/and finance (Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.0 or 3.25/5.0)
