Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Gurugram, India. As an Account Manager at Adiona, you will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, overseeing day-to-day client relationships and addressing their MICE and corporate travel needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute events, manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist in uncovering cross-functional opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Client Management: Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
• Event & Travel Planning: Knowledge of MICE planning, project management, and destination logistics

• Negotiation & Budgeting: Experience in vendor negotiations, cost management, and financial forecasting
• Analytical & Strategic Skills: Ability to assess client needs and develop customized solutions to meet business objectives
• Proficiency in tools: Familiarity with event management software, CRM platforms, and MS Office suite
• Additional Considerations: Prior experience in MICE or travel/tourism industry an advantage
• Bachelors Degree: Preferred fields include Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
