Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Gurugram. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all MICE and travel-related requirements. Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal teams (operations, creative, and tech), and ensuring timely, accurate execution of events and travel programs. The role involves tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager will also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support new business pitches, and contribute client insights to improve services and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or corporate sales, preferably within travel, events, or MICE industries.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and client communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with numbers and data, including basic budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on account performance.
- Familiarity with travel, event operations, or logistics coordination across domestic and international destinations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in standard office tools and collaboration platforms; willingness to work with tech-driven workflows and CRM systems.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and occasionally travel for client meetings or events as needed.
