Job Description
Join Adits dynamic product team and be part of a mission-driven company transforming dental operations through technology. As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally to define, build, and scale innovative solutions that enhance practice efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
? Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
? Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define detailed product requirements and manage feature prioritization.
? Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather actionable user feedback and market insights.
? Contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap.
? Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to support data-driven decision making.
? Assist in go-to-market planning, product launch activities, and post-launch analysis.
? Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
? Create and maintain comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
Required Qualifications
? Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Experience collaborating with engineering and technical teams.
? Proficiency with product management tools and data analysis platforms.
? Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
