Experience Required-

2 to 5 years of experience in Business Loan in NBFC/Bank in referral partner/ connector-based distribution model

Education- Graduation

Sales Planning

• Delivering as per AOP and monthly targets – Leads, Files, Logins, Disbursals
• Knowledge about Lending products and funnel movement

Distributor Engagement

• BOP presentation, onboarding and regular engagements
• Lead generation activities and relationship management

Operational Effectiveness

• Ability to hold discussions with credit team members of partners
• Ability to assess files as per relevant credit policies
• Adherence to compliance & process requirements

Self-Development

• In-depth understanding of lending products and constant upgrade of the same
• Lead generation tactics and Influencing behaviour

Alignment with stakeholders

• Relationship management with partner SPOCs
• Alignment with in-house ops, marketing and central team members
