- Accounts & Taxation Bill Processing at HO- Ensure accounting for day to day transactions happens smoothly and timely.- Processing of Vendors payments & Fixed assets entries .- Advance Payment to Employees & Vendors .- FFS & Salary,PF Entires along with Allocation .- Monthly Statutory Dues Payments & Accruals .- Foreign Remittance payments & Accounting.- Payment for HDFC Corporate Credit card & Accounting.- Associate reimbursement & Salary payment & accounting .- Petty Cash Cash Mngt of OIB Proper Accounting of Cash.- Vendor payments entry postings for invoice values are above certain limit.
- Helping weekly cash flow .- Reimbursement of Employee expenses, (Weekly activity)- Prepare ERS Funding Sheet & Execute in HDFC Bank .- Checking upload of ERS entries & accounting in sun system .
- ERS enhancement initiative .- Branches Rent Payment
- Release Monthly & Quarterly Branches Rent through NEFT/DD before- 10th of every month as well as every quarter after getting confirmation from the admin department .Matching of landlords with Rentals paid

- Deposit schedule- Branch Imprest Expenses Mngt System (Weekly Activity)- Prepare BIEMS Funding Sheet along with check branch Imprest receiver & Execute in HDFC Bank .- Checking upload of BIEMS entries & transfer in sun system .
- Maintained proper records of advance given to branches to carry out day to day expenses & recovered from them if transferred to other branch or left the organization.- Fixed Assets Record : Assist in preparation of Fixed Asset RegisterAudit Engagement:- Keeping update all the records, files, statements required at the time of Audit.- Redressal of Audit queries (ref:iimjobs.com)
