Job Description

    To plan, develop and manage sales and business development of varied products in the application segment like industrial/water/plasticizer, to enhance market share by distinguishing our product applications and achieving the sales target to meet the business objectives. You should have at least 10 years of work experience and may work at either Vadodara or Mumbai.
    Your key result areas include:
    - Market Mapping: Conduct geographic and behavioral segmentation. Analyze market trends and customer behavior focusing on either price reduction or value addition.
    - Assess scope and scale of opportunities, provide industry and client-specific implications, recommendations, and conclusions.
    - Sales & Marketing of CPW & Calcium Chloride: Meet existing customers to understand their applications/requirements, identify new customers, and prepare reports on mapping geographically defining uses customer-wise.
    - Plan and implement annual Business plan for defined products aligned with business goals. Roll-out annual business target into monthly targets and work closely with the sales team to achieve objectives.
    - Ensure better-quality coordination with the plant and logistics for production prioritization according to orders, dispatches, and market demands.
    - Encourage customer visits, review Business Development progress, take pricing decisions, and provide lead inputs for demand forecasting.
    - Manage and build Channel partners, focus on regions needing good partners, ensure proper agreements, review channel performance, and set targets.
    - Train the sales team, streamline new applications, troubleshoot failures, educate the sales team on technical explanations, and develop guides for troubleshooting.

    - Work on timely collections for credit management, share and review Ugahi targets across regions, monitor receivables, and review credit limits and days for customers and distributors.
    - Conduct annual reviews of the channel, ensure security for credits given to distributors, and follow SOPs and policies regarding credit management.
    - People management: Give clear goals to the team, train them with product know-how, monitor their performance, and implement HR processes and policies.
    - Promotions & awareness: Ensure brand promotion across the assigned region, participate in important exhibitions, prepare advertising/promotion strategy, and collaborate with Technical Institutes for new product development.
    This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to drive business growth and market expansion effectively.,
