- Devise processes to identify superior talent and create opportunities for them
- Constantly drive hiring of qualified corporate talent through structured sources of hiring at all levels.

Managing Cost Overheads & budget for recruitment and HR Engagement activities by continuously monitoring budget vs actuals month on month - Identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes
