Key Result Areas
Ensure Accounts closure and Audit

Clean Trial Balance, Prepared Schedules,
Time Adherence to Audit Calendar and Timely Accounts closure ( P&L and BS).
Monthly sale closure
Ensure adequate provisioning and Ensure timely completion & error-free audit.Clear TB , Accounts closure on 4th and Audit closure as per calendar

Accenture Operations

SLA adherence and BOI improvement and Operational Efficiency.
Daily Hurdle meeting, VIM query monitoring, Meeting the TAT , BOI

Management Assurance and IFC

Preventive work with Business Operations
Action Tracker and timely reply and closure of open pointsZero issues in IFC

Supervise MIS circulation

Reviewing the MIS reports.
Automation & process improvement and Timely TDS reconciliation.
Timely report Sales Recon/GL recon/CRM report/ OTC/Store master - 1st working day of the month
POT report - 10th of the monthDMS/VIM query report

Guide and develop team members through regular feedback, review as well as specific learning programs.
