Operations Executive - Logistics

What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial member of our logistics team, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods across our supply chain. You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes.

What you will do: Manage the day-to-day operations of our logistics network, track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods to our customers. You will also work with vendors and coordinate with transportation providers.

Key responsibility:

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Track shipments using GPS and other tracking systems, ensuring timely delivery and reporting of any delays.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers and negotiate rates.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on logistics performance.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures within the logistics operations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software.
