Job Description
- As a Color Consultant at Birla Paints" Flagship Store in Mumbai, India, you will play a pivotal role in creating a unique and immersive brand experience for our customers. Reporting to the Store Manager at the Experience Center, you will work closely with the Senior Designer and other cross-functional teams within Opus. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional color consultation services to customers, ensuring that their painting solutions align with their preferences and requirements.
In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of interior design and color schemes to guide customers through the color selection process. By analyzing spaces, considering lighting and furnishings, and understanding the desired mood of each area, you will create personalized color palettes that enhance the overall ambience. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions about paint colors, finishes, and design elements, ultimately transforming their spaces into inspiring environments.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with interior designers, architects, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to design projects. Additionally, you will educate customers on color theory, maintenance of materials, and the benefits of Opus paint products, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of our brand.
To excel in this position, you should possess 6 months to 3 years of experience in interior design or a similar retail industry. Strong communication skills, regional language proficiency, and a customer-centric mindset are essential. Your ability to manage portfolios, identify potential customers, and drive strategic growth initiatives will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.
