Private Equity Investment Manager

What role you will play in team: You'll lead investment activities from deal sourcing to execution and portfolio management within the Private Equity arm of Aditya Birla Group.

What you will do: You’ll evaluate investment opportunities, negotiate deals, manage due diligence, and monitor investments after closing.

Key responsibility:

• Lead the sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities in alignment with the investment strategy.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Negotiate terms and structure of investment deals.
• Manage the investment process from initial screening to closing and beyond.

• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide support and guidance to management teams.
• Prepare investment committee presentations and reports.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking or venture capital.
• Proven track record of successful investment transactions.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
