Job Purpose Description
- To supervise process compliance with respect to the conversion - Finishing operations, conduct RCA and breakdown analysis, reviews sufficiency of preventive maintenance schedule and necessary upgradation requirement in the assigned shift towards maximising yield and recovery.
- Implementing cost saving by driving continuous process improvement without compromising quality
- Monitoringspecification and quality of finished output of conversion process to ensure match with customer expectations
- Minimizing response time in providing information and solutions to all internal and external customers
- Monitoring good housekeeping practices and green initiatives in at your defined area
- Monitoring implementation of safety norms with respect to theFinishing Line
- Monitoring implementation of HIRA, JSA, LOTOTO and work permit systems
