Job Purpose
Assist in recruitment for corporate employees across all brands and levels along with end to end backend and frontend work of Young Talent Management program.

This role deals with acquiring right people/intern at right time with right budget available to the company. All end to end responsibilities have to be handled from job openings to exit interviews.
Challenges:
. Recruit suitable talent in todays competitive and dynamic environment in tight timelines and within allocated budgets.
. Ensure new joinees are comfortable in most aspects and are well settled in the new environment.
