Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's presence in the market and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, and display advertising, to maximize ROI.
- Oversee brand marketing initiatives, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative development, to enhance brand equity.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute B2B marketing programs to drive lead generation and sales conversions.
- Manage marketing budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve results.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns and optimizing for ROI.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and the ability to develop and maintain brand equity.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and sales conversions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
