1. ATL Marketing (Brand Building)
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns to strengthen brand presence
Manage advertising across:
- Print media (newspapers, magazines)
- Outdoor media (hoardings, billboards)
- Radio and local media channels
- Handle media planning, budgeting, and vendor negotiations
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all platforms
- Track campaign performance, reach, and effectiveness
2. BTL Marketing (Sales Activation)
- Design and execute store-level promotional campaigns
- Plan and manage seasonal campaigns such as:
- Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya, Wedding Season offers
- Organize in-store events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities

Drive digital and direct customer engagement through:
- WhatsApp marketing
- SMS & email campaigns
- Loyalty and referral programs
- Collaborate with retail teams to increase walk-ins and conversions
3. Jewellery Industry Focus
Promote key product categories:
- Bridal jewellery collections
- Gold & diamond jewellery
- Saving schemes and festive offers
Highlight brand strengths such as:
- Hallmark certification
- Craftsmanship and design exclusivity
- Align campaigns with market trends, customer demand, and gold price movements
4. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor and analyse:
- Campaign ROI
- Store footfall
- Conversion ratios
- Sales performance during promotions
- Optimize marketing strategies based on data insights

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with:
