Senior Project Manager (Unit Thrive)

Lead oversight of multiple Project Thrive initiatives (portfolio / major projects) ensuring alignment with overall mandate (capacity, resilience, infrastructure integration)
u2022u2003u2003Drive delivery performance across BLD-executed projects, ensuring schedule, cost, and strategic objectives are met
u2022u2003u2003Act as escalation point for complex project challenges and cross-project issues
u2022u2003u2003Ensure integration of projects across pipelines, storage, ports, and infrastructure systems under the Thrive program

u2022u2003u2003Lead coordination between:
ou2003u2003Business Line Directorates (BLDs)
ou2003u2003Group Companies (GCs)
ou2003u2003Corporate functions (Security, DM&T, etc.)
u2022u2003u2003Resolve interface conflicts and ensure end-to-end delivery alignment
u2022u2003u2003Ensure all projects comply with ADNOC frameworks (GVAP, assurance reviews, gate approvals)
u2022u2003u2003Oversee risk management, assurance readiness, and performance reporting across assigned projects
u2022u2003u2003Provide performance transparency to Gatekeepers and senior leadership
u2022u2003u2003Establish and manage portfolio-level dashboards (schedule, cost, risk, recovery status)
u2022u2003u2003Lead preparation of executive reporting (ELT / SVP level) consolidating all Thrive activities
