Job Description
- Role Overview:
The Digital Video Audio (DVA) group at Adobe develops world-class products catering to professional customers across desktop, mobile, web, and cloud platforms. As part of the team, you will be responsible for integrating and developing back-end infrastructure, developing features for products like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Firefly.com video/audio modules, as well as working on imaging or video processing algorithms and AI/ML solutions to solve complex problems faced by customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features and frameworks for video applications on desktop and cloud platforms
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from concept to implementation, testing, debugging, release, and maintenance
- Write clean, maintainable, and performant code for front-end and back-end systems
- Drive automation and continuous integration for feature verification and deployment
- Contribute to AI/ML-based workflows and intelligent video editing features
- Collaborate with a global team of engineers to build shared software components
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in computer science
- 4+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in C++, data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming
- Strong foundation in web technologies such as React, Redux/MobX, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Typescript, REST APIs, Spring, and Hibernate
- Knowledge in WebGL, GPU-related topics is an added advantage

- Problem-solving skills and understanding of complex system architectures and design patterns
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Preference for experience in the video processing domain and working in an agile environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
