Product Manager Trading Platforms

ADSS is a successful retail and institutional brokerage based in Abu Dhabi. The Manager, Trading Platforms is responsible for ensuring ADSS's trading platforms run with exceptional stability, performance, and scalability. This role oversees platform operations, technical integrations, release management, vendor coordination, environment governance, and platform evolution, supporting the company's strategic shift toward a composable trading ecosystem. You will act as the technical and operational owner of the trading platform stack, bridging Product, Engineering, Trading, Risk, and external vendors. Your mission is to ensure each platform performs reliably, scales with growth, and supports rapid delivery of new trading capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for all trading platforms (ADSS Trader, Meta, TradingView).
• Define platform evolution aligned with ADSS's long-term strategic architecture and 2026 vision.
• Conduct ongoing competitor, market, and trading-feature benchmarking.
• Identify opportunities to enhance execution flow, charting, analytics, and platform tools.

Feature Development & Execution

• Engage with traders, sales, dealing desk, and customer insights to understand platform needs.
• Translate business and customer requirements into structured BRDs/PRDs.
• 
  Drive UX optimisation across order flows, charts, watchlists, alerts, and instrument discovery.
• Work with engineering to break down requirements into deliverable increments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ensure consistency of experience across platforms: ADSS Trader, Meta, TradingView.
• Lead platform capability expansion (order types, time-in-force, risk controls, analytics).
• Collaborate with Trading Desk on execution enhancements and visibility improvements.

Data & Insights

• Track and analyse platform engagement, feature usage, and execution metrics.
• Use data to refine roadmap prioritisation and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor trading platform health from a product perspective (e.g., execution success rate, adoption, retention, activation).

  Get Hired
  Own backlog prioritisation for trading platforms using RICE and impact frameworks.
• Participate in sprint planning and ensure clear acceptance criteria for all platform features.
• Partner with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver platform changes on schedule.
• Ensure regulatory, operational, and compliance alignment on all platform features.

Requirements:

• 58 years of experience in product management within trading platforms, fintech, or brokerage.
• Deep understanding of CFDs, multi-asset trading, market data, and execution workflows.
• Experience with Meta platforms (MT4/MT5), TradingView, or multi-platform trading systems.
• Ability to convert trading and commercial needs into structured product requirements.
• Strong analytical skillscomfortable working with trading data & behavioural insights.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication across Engineering, Trading, Risk, and Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-platform feature delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and product-quality mindset.
